I'll be down by the Oar Banks if anyone, new or old, needs anything.
[ With new people? Comes people in need of help to adjust. And that's why he's positioning himself there.
You can also find him in the Crew Mess making up some food for himself and a few calming dishes to hopefully help the new Advocates adjust. If someone comes in, he'll offer some restaurant-level food. Nothing super fancy? But the sort of perfect neighborhood hole-in-the-wall stuff that hits a craving hard. Especially if that craving is for cold noodles.
Eventually, he'll make his way down to the Yard to see who's shown up, because he likes to keep informed, but invariably, he'll end up back at the Oar Banks.
